Non-Disclosure Agreement

1. 🔧 Engagement Terms

You are being brought on as an Independent Contributor, not an employee. You agree to provide your time, skills, and/or content for StickyKeys.io in one or more of the following roles:

• Game Developer
• Content Creator (NSFW or SFW)
• Moderator / Community Manager
• Technical / Web Support
• Other (to be defined)

Your engagement is flexible, voluntary, and non-exclusive. You retain the right to work on other projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. 🧠 Age & Legal Consent

By signing this Agreement, you confirm:

• You are 18 years or older, per the minimum adult content participation age globally.

  🔗 UN Human Rights – Youth & Age Thresholds
• You understand that StickyKeys.io hosts and promotes adult content.
  🔗 ICANN Adult Content Guidelines
  🔗 Age Verification Guidelines (AVMSD – EU)
• You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your age. Violation may result in immediate termination and permanent ban from the platform.

3. 🤐 Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)

As part of your role, you may gain access to confidential materials, including:

• Non-public features, designs, or roadmap items
• Internal communications or moderation records
• User-generated content or creator tools
• Source code or third-party integrations

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality unless:

• The information becomes public through no fault of yours
• You receive written permission from StickyKeys.io
• Disclosure is required by law (you must notify us in advance)

4. 🎨 Intellectual Property & Ownership

A. Personal Content

Your original uploads remain your intellectual property. You grant StickyKeys.io a non-exclusive license to:

• Display
• Promote
• Monetize (where applicable)

B. Commissioned or Collaborative Work

Work created under request may be fully owned by StickyKeys.io unless agreed otherwise. You will always be credited unless anonymity is requested.

5. 💸 Compensation

This is a voluntary role unless compensation is agreed upon. Compensation may include:

• StickyCoin ($STKY) rewards
• Cash payouts for specific milestones
• Public credit on-site or in source materials

This agreement does not imply employment or benefits.

5.1) StickyCoin ($STKY) Summary

$STKY is a utility token used for platform engagement and tips. It is not a financial security. Value may fluctuate. Participation is voluntary unless otherwise agreed.

6. 🛑 Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. StickyKeys.io may suspend collaboration if you:

• Break confidentiality
• Engage in unethical behavior
• Misrepresent your identity or age

You must return/destroy any private materials and cease using StickyKeys.io tools upon termination.

7. 📜 Global Legal Agreement

This NDA is compliant with global laws including:

• 🔗 UN Convention on Contracts
• 🔗 GDPR (EU)
• 🔗 U.S. E-SIGN Act

By signing below, both parties agree to abide by the terms above.
